Employability Pathways in Tertiary Education: Insights from Cambodian Undergraduates

Abstract
A quantitative study of the institutional factors that shape students' perceptions of their own employability in Cambodian higher education. It analyses 265 questionnaire responses with structural equation modeling and links institutional practices to graduate workforce readiness.
