Workshop
The ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) Tier 1 Training Course for Accomplishing Program Assessment (Batch V)
The AUN-QA Tier 1 Training on Accomplishing Program Assessment (Batch V) is an intensive four-day capacity-building workshop organized by the Directorate General of Higher Education (DGHE) under the Second Higher Education Improvement Project (HEIP2). Held from September 28 to October 1, 2026, at Angkor Paradise Hotel in Siem Reap, the program equips university academic leaders and faculty with practical competencies in regional quality assurance.
Guided by expert AUN-QA coaches, the training walks participants through the core AUN-QA framework and the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) approach. Over four days, participants engage in theory lectures, hands-on group exercises, and presentations covering all eight assessment criteria—from expected learning outcomes and curriculum mapping to teaching approaches, student assessment, academic staff, support services, and output results. The workshop concludes with the assessment application process, practical planning for developing Self-Assessment Reports (SAR), and a formal certificate presentation.
